My name is Michelle Burrows
Welcome to Yoga with Michelle. My yoga classes provide a safe and inclusive space and a friendly, relaxed environment, in which everyone and everybody is welcome.
In our classes, we explore breathwork, gentle and mindful movement through our asanas (poses) and relaxation, all aimed to help you feel at peace in body, mind and spirit. Each class is carefully and lovingly created to ensure that everyone is considered and catered for.
